Refund policy


Not satisfied with your order? No problem! We offer exchanges or refunds! Please contact us within 14 days after receiving your items to initiate the exchange or refund process:

  1. Please contact our customer service ( within 14 days from the date of receiving your order: provide the order number and describe the items you want to return along with the reason for the return.

    • Once you have received the return address and instructions, pack your items carefully and ship your return package using a trackable carrier.

    • Send the tracking number of your return or a photo of your receipt to our customer service.

    • We will process the return as soon as we receive your package.

Our company cannot refund, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any unpaid fees. This includes all customs duties or VAT, as well as any return fees that may be incurred during the refund process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the order payment. Shipping fees paid during the order are non-refundable.

  1. The following items cannot be returned or refunded: All Custom Jewelry: Necklace and Medal, Lanyard and Medal, Bracelet and Medal, Beaded Bracelets.

  2. Returned items must be in their original condition (unused) and in their original packaging. Any worn, damaged, laundered, or altered items will not be accepted by our company and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  3. We do not accept returned items that have been reshipped directly without prior consultation with us. Please make sure to contact our team before any return.

  4. We do not offer a prepaid shipping service for packages sent back to us. Shipping costs for returned packages are at your expense and non-refundable.

  5. Sale items: Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable. Any items from clearance, bargain, or outlet categories are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  6. Any embroidered item cannot be refunded or exchanged unless it's our mistake or a significant manufacturing defect. In this case, please send an email to: to arrange the exchange or refund for the concerned product.

  7. We process exchanges. The return shipping costs from your location to us are your responsibility; however, the re-shipping costs from us to you are on us.

  8. Return Address: If you wish to return items, please contact us ( our customer service will get back to you within 48 business hours.
